• EMMANUEL PERSIAN CHURCH:  7115 Shoup Ave West Hills, CA (Phone 818-888-5612)
  Meets for Sunday worship at 10:30 am. The church was started in 1996 by missionaries M & P. 
  The Church serves as a testimony of God's faithfulness.
  Currently most members are new immigrant Iranians from Muslim backgrounds. 
  The church has become a self-supporting and a self-governing body. 
  • Please pray for the annual church meeting this month and for upcoming baptisms.

• Iranian & Afghan Christian Fellowship:
  • Iranian and Afghan Christian Fellowship meets at 12:30 p.m. at McLean Bible Church 8925 Leesburg Pike Vienna, VA 22082 in Room 1203-1204, phone: 703-770-8687.  This fellowship began meeting in November 2002 after many months of prayer. The Lord has brought together Afghan, Iranian, and American Christians to form a unique team for outreach and leadership development.
  • On January 26th, a ten year old boy who has been praying for his Afghani father walked into the fellowship. He had no idea that there was an Afghan & Iranian Fellowship in the church. He brought his mother who is a Christian from South America. When she heard about the Fellowship she burst into tears. She has been praying for her husband. Please pray that this boy's father will come to the fellowship and even more importantly will come to know Jesus as his Personal Savior. On February 2nd, the worship will be led by Afghan Christians.
  • Please pray for C. a young Iranian man who is seeking to be in fulltime missions. Pray that he will be able to raise needed support. 
  • An emphasis of this fellowship is TEAM participation, to use people's gifts and to develop leadership qualities in believers. Seven Afghan and Iranian Christians are sharing responsibility for preaching, and testimonies. Other individuals are involved in music, scripture reading, and serving in many other ways.

• The Iranian Christian Fellowship meets the last Saturday of each month from 3 -5 pm at Maspeth Bible Church, 53-71 72nd Place, Maspeth, NY 11378. Phone:646-526-0243 (NY) and 856-262-1163 (NJ).  Please pray as this fellowship and for the leadership team as it meets and grows.

• Please pray for Rev. Sobhani and his wife who have served the Lord among Iranians for many, many years. Even though they have physical difficulties they continue to attend the monthly meetings and are a part of the team. They make many phone calls to encourage Iranian believers in many places. He has a wonderful shepherd's heart.

• R & B, an Iranian MBB couple, are ministering through weekly Bible Studies in homes on Saturdays and help lead the monthly worship service. Several Muslims attend who have accepted Jesus Christ after coming to the area. Please pray that the Lord would open doors and provide finances needed so that R & B can serve full time among Iranians. They are also helping monthly with the Afghan and Iranian Fellowship in VA.

• Please continue to pray for those called and gifted for ministry with computerizing inventory, distant learning program development, accounting, simple data entry, and typing and translation of Christian materials into Persian.
• PWO is also interested in partnering with others called to minister among Iranians in the Diaspora in various parts of the world.
